INSTRUCTIONS:
Using a heat press to adhere:
Cover with parchment paper.
320 degrees for 30 seconds.
allow to cool before touching/moving item
*heat tape is recommended but not necessary to keep patch in place during this process.

Using an everyday iron to adhere:
Cover with parchment paper.
set iron to highest setting for 30 seconds.
allow to cool before touching/moving item
